Ingredients
  

For the Wrap Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef (450g)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ onion finely diced
  • ½ cup pickles sliced

For the Special Sauce

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp finely chopped pickles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Special Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, sugar, chopped pickles, and garlic powder until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
  • Cook the Ground Beef:
    Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.Break up the beef with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for about 5–7 minutes or until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the special sauce in the center.Layer the cooked beef mixture on top of the sauce, followed by a slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickles.
  • Fold and Roll the Wraps:
    Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  • Grill the Wrap (optional):
    For a crispy finish, return the wrap to the skillet over medium heat and grill it for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve:
    Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, accompanied by extra special sauce for dipping if desired.
