4 cups crumbled cornbread
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon sage (optional, for extra flavor)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onions, celery, and bell pepper until soft (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, beaten eggs, and seasonings. Stir until well mixed.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
